Booked a taxi last night on the app at 22:51. App said pickup would be at 23:07. Got no update on the app about anything so rang up, and got told someone would be with me at 23:12. Got to 23:24 and still no update or driver. Phoned back up to be told they didn’t have any drivers in the area, so someone was on their way from another area and would be 6 minutes. Got to 23:41 and still no update or driver. Phoned back up to tell them nobody had arrived, they said they then had to ring and wake a driver up for me and they would be 8 minutes. Got to 23:53 and still no driver. Called back up, and they said they driver is just finishing another job and will be there soon. At 23:58 a driver drove past me, so I rang back up and they said they are calling the driver to turn around. Finally at 00:05, the driver arrived to pick me up. He told me he did get woken up, but then did 4 pickup/drop offs before coming for me.

I am really not happy with the service at all, it is absolutely appalling. I book a taxi on the app, for the time it says and it takes my money straight away, then nobody turns up for another HOUR!

If you have no drivers available in the area, then why should people be able to book one on the app? The first time I phoned up, if I had been told nobody would have been getting to me for another hour I’d have canceled it and booked with a better company. And when I say better, I mean pretty much any other.

I will never use 6Five2’s again after this appalling encounter. The drivers are nice, but the company is disgusting. I’ve had problems with this company before but thought I’d give them another chance, and this has made me wonder how they are still going if this is the service they are providing to everybody, because it can’t just be me.

Never use this taxi company. I was going to get a job with them, and I know that most of their good reviews are from the owners/drivers themselves because when I went for my “interview”, the owner took my phone and made up good reviews himself.

Appalling service. Terrible company. Really not happy.

Avoid! Pre booked the day before for a wedding, and when taxi didn’t show up gave them a call. They insinuated I hadn’t prebooked and the taxi eventually arrived 25 mins later than booked (and 3 phone calls) making us late for the wedding. When we asked the driver, he confirmed we’d booked for 12:45 but didn’t seem to care he was nearly 30 mins late and no apology! The second taxi booked for 00:30 never arrived after numerous phone calls leaving us stranded in the rain with no way home (excuse given on the phone was the rain - it’s England normal weather?). Other guests booked with 652 all had taxis arrive incredibly late (45mins-1hour late), including the bride and grooms taxi leaving us all out in the rain as the venue had closed for the night. When we mentioned what happened to the hotel they said never to book with 652 as they are renowned for not showing up! Don’t take the risk, book elsewhere.

Amazing, fast, impeccable service and reliable- only a few words to describe this firm, definitely recommend to anyone as they have great fare prices, are welcoming and have excellent drivers as well as being prompt and efficient. Don't hesitate to call and book! 10/10

Don't recommend at all.
In my opinion when I'm ordering the taxi few hours before I expect to pick me up at the set time. Of course I understand there always can be delay few minutes but not 25. My son was late for his own birthday party. Thanks but no thanks. Definitely I am not gonna book them again.

So glad at the warm reception from the 652 driver the car was so neat and the driver was so friendly. Above all the fare was so nice that no other taxi firm would be able to beat them on price. I would use them anytime anyway again because my experience with this firm was absolutely great
If I've to make a referral to a friend it would be 652 they're always on time

Needed a taxi from Worksop to Ollerton at short notice late one evening. 652's were the only firm with available taxis. Driver came within 5 minutes and took me home. Very fast, reliable, professional service. Highly recommended.
