Great spacious venue for London Comic Con, however the priority tickets were essentially as after mid day it was practically heaving inside. Very humid with little room when reached greater capacity, great atmosphere from fans and stall owners with a simple way to meet and greet celebrity guests. Access to parking could be sign posted better, we ended up parking in the hotel next to it for £25 for the day which wasn't an issue.
It's a fair bit of a walk into the venue so comfy shoes are essential, various food booths for vegan/veggie and meat selections.

Nice place for conferences like ICRA. It is equipped for disabled people. There’s are many restaurants inside, but the food is relatively expensive as you can imagine. The toilets were in general medium clean during the conference. However it was easy to get to the different halls due to clear indicators. There’s also a possibility to take a bus or a train not far from the west exit. Great place overall ????????.

What a fantastic venue. Places to eat, places to use the bathroom (numerous) water refill stations, can't forget the main event itself. Absolutely buzzing with excitement this year. I'm already excited to go back again. Would recommend this venue.

Very nice and well organized outdoor venue for big parties, events, and music festivals.
located right next to the train station, so it makes it really convenient to travel to.
I don’t know how it’s in other events, but the event that I had intended to it was all very organized.

The event was affected by another events noise which prevented concentration for the speakers and the crowd. The place could really invest in better/more comfortable chairs. Both events had break at the same time, which meant 30min plus queues to the lavatory and another 30min plus to get some food/drink..... Not impressed. Will think twice going next time

Went to Salute. Was good, just wish there were more seating areas available outside the convention rooms. You're on your feet walking and viewing stalls, for long time periods. Would be nice to have more areas to have a rest without resorting to sitting on the floor.

A large venue with an array of restaurants, coffee shops, events, and exhibitions. It's very easy to navigate your way around as everything is clearly signposted in large print. The ExCel is very easy to get to by Tube, Rail & Bus. The Elizabeth line brings you right up to the venue itself. Step free access, and lifts are available. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are restrooms on every floor. It is bright, spacious, and clean.

Went there for the Star Wars Celebration and it was good. We had a bit of a nightmare as the Elizabeth line was closed for repairs, so the trip became longer than expected (obviously not the ExCel's fault, but bear in mind if you are travelling from outside London).
The amount of people that were there was unbelievable. I saw quite a lot people on wheelchairs and I felt for them. I have to say the organisation of the event could have been better, too big, too many people, too spread and there was no proper information on what was what, and where things were. They could have assigned a designated path for disable people. I talked to a group of folks and they pretty much thought the same. You ended up a bit overwhelmed and wondering around. Also there were not many places to sit and have a break. Considering how big the place is, surely they should have provided more...maybe we missed it! Overpriced food and drinks but unless decent quality. People working there are heroes, with so many people to deal with, they definitely deserve recognition. Overall good but there is always space for improvement ☺️
