I recently visited KFC at Century Mall in Fujairah, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While KFC is known for its delicious fried chicken and fast-food offerings, this particular location fell short of my expectations.
Firstly, the service was lackluster. The staff seemed disinterested and not particularly attentive to customers. It took an unusually long time to place my order, and even longer for it to be prepared and served. The overall efficiency and friendliness of the staff were quite disappointing.
Moving on to the food, the quality was average at best. The fried chicken lacked the signature flavor and crunchiness that I usually associate with KFC. It felt like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long, as the chicken pieces were disappointingly dry. The sides, such as the coleslaw and mashed potatoes, were also lackluster and tasted like they had been prepared in a rush.
Furthermore, the cleanliness of the restaurant was questionable. The tables were not properly cleaned, and the floors appeared to be neglected. It gave the impression that hygiene standards were not a priority in this establishment.
On a positive note, the pricing was reasonable and in line with other fast-food chains. However, given the subpar quality of the food and service, I would have expected a slightly lower price point to compensate for the overall mediocre experience.
Overall, my visit to KFC Century Mall Fujairah was far from satisfying. The lack of attentive service, average food quality, and questionable cleanliness of the restaurant left me disappointed. While it is still a convenient fast-food option for some, I would recommend exploring other dining choices in the area that may provide a more enjoyable experience.
