Staffs are friendly and very supportive. The cinema screen which we watched was cleaned perfectly. The washrooms were very neat and easily accessible.
The visuals and vedio quality was good. My only issue was the sound quality has to be improved for matching/ surpassing the major competitors in the same field.

Cheap but the screen is too small. Also the seats are too low the head of the person sitting in front of me was blocking my whole view. ???? Couldn't watch the movie in peace.
