Suzanne was incredibly helpful, reliable and friendly. Pick up from Beech Croft campsite to Buxton, and return exactly on time. Four adults and a dog. She even gave my husband a book! Recommend highly.

Lovely gent picked us up, he lived local to buxton and told us a bit about the town, we are from outside Derbyshire so he recommended some places to visit it was a good ride with a fair price for peak travel

We had a woman driver and my god if she cracked a smile I think she would have given her face a hernia … what a miserable person she was

Spoke over the phone person who answered was very rude. Has happened many times before. Won't be using again :)

A good taxi service is fast, reliable, organised, and has pleasant and polite drivers. I can safely say that Buxton Radio Taxis possesses none of these things. Our driver was stunningly uninterested in anything we had to say, whether it was simple small talk or critical information about a diversion near our accommodation which they subsequently attempted to drive headlong into despite frequent attempted warnings. In their defense, Buxton Radio Taxis are available throughout the night - which was very much NOT to the delight of our driver - and did get us home, but this is one taxi experience I won't be repeating if I visit the area again.

unhappy as a taxi was booked for 2am to take me home from buxton to dove holes ,its a shame they never turned up and didnt return the call back as they took there phone off the hook ,,,,great new yr 2023

Having been let down by another taxi company, our hotel reception staff recommended Buxton Radio Taxi's.
Our group was delighted with the service and we used the company several times during our stay.
We found them to be professional, friendly and above all, reliable.
