Wonderful place to visit. The combination of a beautiful waterfall and a pleasant walk through the woods sounds enchanting. It must be a great experience to be surrounded by nature's beauty and enjoy an easy, enjoyable stroll.

Lovely walk, the first of three Waterfalls is easily accessible but after that the path is hard going and steep in places, lots of steps and uneven ground. Free admission, just pay for car park. Definitely worth a visit if you're fit!

This is a lovely place for a walk. Small charge for the car park and then plenty of trials to explore. First easy walk has a good hard surface suitable for buggys and would be easily wheelchair accessible (just up a small gradient) some of the further trails make sure you have good footwear as trails are uneven and rocky.

Picturesque waterfalls set in lovely, peaceful woodland. You can stick to the main paths which are all generally pretty good (but can get muddy) or you can go and explore the less well trodden routes. Well worth a visit.

£2 at the car park, well worth it! Beautiful falls and interesting mine tunnel. Lush vegetation.

Dol-goch Falls is a natural wonder that captivates visitors with its stunning beauty and serene ambiance. Nestled amidst the lush greenery of Snowdonia National Park in Wales, this picturesque waterfall offers a truly enchanting experience for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.

The falls themselves are a series of cascades that flow gracefully down a rocky slope, creating a mesmerizing spectacle of gushing water and delicate mist. The crystal-clear waters sparkle in the sunlight, and the soothing sound of the cascades creates a peaceful atmosphere that is both rejuvenating and soothing.

One of the most remarkable aspects of Dol-goch Falls is its accessibility. The falls can be reached via a well-maintained walking trail, making it a popular destination for hikers and casual visitors alike. The path meanders through a verdant forest, adding to the sense of adventure and immersion in nature. Along the way, you'll encounter vibrant flora and fauna, enhancing the overall experience.

As you approach the falls, you'll be greeted by a picturesque wooden bridge that offers a perfect vantage point to admire the cascades. The bridge provides an ideal spot for taking photographs or simply pausing to soak in the beauty of the surroundings. Be prepared to be awe-struck by the sheer force and elegance of the water as it tumbles down the rocks.

Visiting Dol-goch Falls during different seasons can offer unique experiences. In spring, the surrounding vegetation bursts into life, with colorful wildflowers dotting the landscape. During autumn, the falls are enveloped in a tapestry of golden hues as the leaves change color, creating a magical atmosphere. Even in winter, when the falls may be partially frozen, the scenery is no less breathtaking, with icicles dangling from the rocks and a serene tranquility pervading the area.

It's worth noting that the path leading to the falls can be uneven and slippery in some areas, so appropriate footwear and caution are advised, especially after rainfall. Additionally, while the falls are accessible to most visitors, the trail does involve some inclines, so individuals with mobility issues may find it challenging.

Overall, Dol-goch Falls is a hidden gem that showcases the beauty of nature in all its glory. Whether you're an avid photographer, a nature enthusiast, or simply seeking a peaceful escape, this enchanting waterfall is sure to leave a lasting impression. The combination of its accessibility, breathtaking scenery, and tranquility make it a must-visit destination for anyone exploring the stunning landscapes of Snowdonia National Park.

Waterfall is only a short walk from the carpark so ideal for young children. There are walks all around with lots of steep steps beautiful scenery. The cafe in the carpark serves good food and they are very helpful and friendly. We took the dog had to be on the lead which fine. We gad a great experience here and would recommend coming.

What a wonderful day out!

Such a beautiful walk, there is a lot of incline steps though, so I’d suggest good walking shoes and a moderate level of fitness to be able to complete this with ease!

Dogs are welcome here, and there were a lot of kids on the lower level of the waterfalls.

A lot of places to be able to sit down and eat a picnic also.
