Not feeling good to say but very bad experience, with this bank , We are trying for Routine numbers since month no body helping through call , In call center there is no option to talk with any agent only , robot , hopefully I’ll come branch to close the Account I’ll switch to other Banking points for Salary and financial services

I don't like Mashreq account now before was little good now very bad I can't deposit and withdrawal big problem when you call to center line after them saying please call to the other when you called for other number after them saying call for other number to Much problem I really really I hate this account and I'm sure I'll close my account

Great banking services. This branch is not a corporate branch, they don’t process trade finance documents here. However, trade finance documents can be submitted here in the name of RM or the FTC counter DOZ branch, those are then courier by the bank as per the request of the customer.

No branch services. Only ATM. If you want toget any customer service support, Fujairah residents to drive 1.5 hr to nearby branch. ????. Poor customer service!

My experience with mashriq is very amazing, very quick service, all machines, debit cards transection, deposits etc oprations are functional 24 hours.
