Wonderful variety of products. Very reasonable prices. Helpful staff. Was served yesterday by Mollie. She was so wonderful, kind and helpful it brought a tear to my eye Thank you so much Mollie you made my day.

Not great as expected in a shopping mall. Few pound shops and restaurants are highlights. Good parking space and easy access to bus station. Bus to cardiff and heath hospital is available at hourly intervals.

It was pretty busy here today. We visited the castle farm shop, which has a milk shake machine just outside that sells the best milkshake, we also visited bodycare and savers, both very good experiences with pleasant helpful staff members

I think that it should be kept cleaner, especially the steps leading up to M&S, which is a good food store.
There were some interesting stalls which I passed on the section leading up to the old Debenhams store, being used for Covid jabs at the moment, signage for this needs to be better.
The area looks run down to me.
NCC and shop owners should think about how it could be made more attractive if they want better

It has major 3 entry And exit points which is safe for any emergency evacuation situation. It keeps warm during peak winter period.

Can't fault it, so much better now, however need to make sure the empty shops are taken and filled. Great parking prices too.

Took me daughter to soft play in bowling place she loved it didnt want to leave stayed few hrs had to carry her back she fell asleep tired
