Wellnessplus Pharmacy ( Lulu Fujairah Pharmacy LLC)

I visited Lulu Pharmacy in Lulu Mall Fujairah on 9th June 2021 and regreted my decision. I wanted to buy 2 boxes of Moxal tablets. At the time of payment, i had a Dhs 500 note and two notes of Dhs 5 with me. The two boxes of Moxal came to Dhs 13/u003d. When i presented the Dhs 500/u003d note, the person at the counter, says "oh 500 ? You don't have change ?" i said "well i have a 500 and i have two 5's". And the reply i got from him left me shocked !!! He said "Then take one box only. I dont have change". I mean SERIOUSLY ?????? It was 9.23 in the evening ! Its not as if it was closing time ! There are two money exchange centers in Lulu Mall Fujairah if i am not mistaken ! Apart from that there are more than 10 cash counters available on the ground floor as well as 1st floor !!!!! Again i told him that i needed both boxes but he still went on and said "What to do i dont have change. Take only one box, anyway it is the same thing". A professional approach would have been "Ma'am, i don't have the appropriate change of Dhs 500/u003d, can you wait till we arrange the change ?"
I mean seriously, are you a pharmacist or a JOKE ??????? HOW CAN YOU SUGGEST A CUSTOMER TO BUY ONE BOX OF MEDICATION JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE LAZY OR SO IGNORANT TO ARRANGE CHANGE OF MONEY ???????? And it is not as if there was just one person handling the pharmacy! There was the person at the counter, i think his name is Mr. Najeeb and there was one more person. So what is their excuse of such unethical, arrogant and totally unprofessional behaviour?????????? I always go to Aster Pharmacy at Century Mall and now i know why - they are so courteous and professional!!!! This guy at Lulu Pharmacy doesn't deserve to be a pharmacist and he should be stripped off of his license to be a pharmacist as well !!!!!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!! I hope Lulu Mall Fujairah Management takes note of this incident !
