They usually have good items on display and can deliver make to order items as well. One may place orders here for customized items. Polite staff and helpful. As the outlet is small so one may not find lot of variety here but it's s place worth trying.

Booked a taxi almost two weeks in advance only to receive a call an hour before our taxi was due saying they couldn't provide us with a driver as they're Southampton based. Website does state that they can source for journeys across the UK and if there was an issue with our location then surely that should have been picked up on when we booked? Was then told they could get a driver to us a bit later but because he was coming from Southampton the fare would be doubled! Ended up late for our event and had to scramble around trying to make alternative arrangements instead of enjoying ourselves.

Absolutely shocking service. I called to book a taxi to take my puppy to the vet and asked for a dog friendly taxi which I was told would be fine. Few hours later a taxi turns up and the driver was like "I don't take dogs you never mentioned that to us" he then proceeded to drive off. I rang the company and they apologised but said they wouldnt be able to provide a taxi. It was a very poor experience and should have said from the get go if they didn't have dog friendly taxis. In the end I rang a different company who swooped to the rescue and within 10 mins came to pick us up and get us to our appointment.

Both drivers were very friendly, polite and courteous for both journeys. They arrived on time and were helpful with our questions
Unfortunately, due to requesting a second taxi for the return journey there was an overpayment issue. This took a little bit of sorting out but Ayesha at customer services kept persevering to understand exactly what had happened and happily a refund was given. All in all a good experience. Life isn’t always perfect but great when a company works hard to sort a challenge out.

I was a party of 3 who pre-booked a trip home from the Aegis bowl. We specifically selected a pick up location away from the event, and an hour after the event finished. The pick up location was close to where the roads were still open, yet the driver was over an hour late in picking us up. Every time we called the office, we received mix messages related to where the car was and how long he would be. Will not be using Cab my ride again.

Book a cab on Thurs for Sunday so plenty of notice. They rang me on Saturday to ask if I minded if they could be 10mins late, which I agreed too.
Then today Sunday an hr before the cab was due they rang me to cancel.
Very poor . Will not be using cab my ride in the future and will be telling family and friends not to as they were completely un reliable.

My partner booked this taxi company to go out for my Birthday three days in advance. Our taxi on the way to our restaurant was 40 minutes late and the driver complained about how far the journey was. If it was an issue then the company shouldn’t have accepted the booking.We were late to our booking. There was no compensation for this lateness. We were half way through our meal when we received a call that our 10:30 taxi home had been cancelled when we were supposed to be picked up in 40 minutes time. The excuse was that they were at full capacity. Why was the booking accepted three days before if capacity could be full on the evening? After calling the company and telling me they could “try” and get a taxi for us at 1am. Completely unacceptable. Reading through reviews where your response to complaints is that we should book with “local companies” then you should not accept our bookings and give false promises to your clients. Really disappointing and will never use again.

Booked three times recently. First two occasions the taxi arrived fifteen minutes late with no explanation or apology. I tracked the third one using the link that I was sent to find that at the booked time the car was heading into Southampton City centre.... the opposite direction. I made alternative arrangements and cancelled. Probably not use them again, too unreliable.

With immense displeasure and being told that the driver is going to be late at multiple occassions, I have to write this review. They are never on time. The people at the company just keep you hanging in between. The drivers are always late.
