A good vet clinic ????, only problem, from my point of view is that they do not have some sort of enclosure for reptile while you wait. Waiting times can vary and heat is critical for a poorly reptile

I signed up to the puppy club and have just completed the puppy training and socialisation classes with Jo. The classes were great and all the puppies loved Jo! She's extremely knowledgeable and just at the end of the phone to help with any questions or concerns. Thoroughly recommend :)

We’ve just completed the puppy school with jo. I highly recommend it. Jo is just so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We had fun along the way and koda really came out of his shell and was instigating play by the end. Got lots of great tips and it’s great to know she’s just on the end of the phone whenever we need advice. Thanks jo. Your amazing!!!

I had my appointment with my 9 weeks puppy.
I found out that my puppy has no chip and I need to get another one. ( Bailey was chiped) I asked how it's possible to lose a chip and she couldn't answer. Just saying I need another one. She also told my that my Puppy has genetic heart defects and scan is needed ( £500 ) She told me my puppy has to huge belly and need medicine as well. I booked appointment in different clinic and they told my that my puppy is absolutely fit and fine. No scan and extra medicine needs. I went to another clinic and they told me this same, my puppy is just fine. Please be aware because first appointment could cost you more than £600 just because you are scared about new member of family.
