Went on a weekday late morning in July and it had lots of spaces. Spacing between cars was ok, and enough space to manoeuvre the car easily. Direct access to the beach and promenade. Easy to pay with the MiPermit app.

It's always busy at weekends but hang around 10 minutes, someone's always leaving. It's a little pricey too. I like to go all day with the kids and is approx £12 depending on how long you want to stay.

Lee on the Solent is lovely. Very family based and lots of pensioners. Old fashioned fish and chips and ice creams.

Great view of the beach,sea and the island,height barrier is 6ft 7in so ok for campervans

Lovely views across the Solent, toilets near by a nice stroll along the prom with plenty of seats whats not to like.

Great location and not too badly priced. Parking machine's are temperamental so I'd recommend having a phone to hand to pay online.
