I would like to thank the entire team of RK Associates for helping me write my Will. Their team is very helpful and guided me on every step of the process right from the time I decided to have a Will in place.

They understood what I want to achieve and then drafted the terms of the Will to meet my objectives. They also guided me with the court proceedings to get it registered. All this with complete patience and smile.

I highly recommend using their service and their expertise in all legal matters.

We had a business need regarding few discrepancies over a legal contract and Ms.Rashmi was really helpful in winning it for us. Her expertise and experience in law is beyond leaps and bounds.She went out of the way to help us with the smallest of our queries and expressed time and patience to explain everything in detail.
We would highly recommend her for any legal advice and consultation.

I used penny’s taxis for my trip to the Peak District multiple times as we didn’t drive and it was difficult to get around the area without a car. To be honest as a small taxi company in a rural area it doesn’t operate like a taxi you get in the cities. You have to book way ahead and be very precise with the time. Also there is limited flexibility. Also the text communication might be delayed at times. However I totally understand the limitations given the location and size of the company and the staff are doing their best to deliver good reliable service. My recommendation is to plan and book ahead and keep good communication. Also to commend Penny who has been very responsive with our plan changes and helped us when we were stranded from our hike on an off-the-beaten-track path.

Had a short get away in Edale (well just down the road from Edale) and Penny's Cars was our knight in shining armour, beyond excellent service and fantastic drivers, and the amazing stand out moment was when they couldn't do a run for us they suggested another company (excellent recommendation Penny, thank you) that absolutely saved our holiday from misery.
I simply can't praise them enough.
Thank you so much for making our break a wonderful experience.

Thank you Penny's for saving our trip to the Peaks District. Scheduled three rides with them, one quite last minute, and they were very accomodating! Ash was our driver for all three rides and was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. First choice for Hope Valley car service.

Very poor customer service even though both taxi rides were booked in advance. Booked a taxi to attend an event which did not turn up and a car could not be sent until 30 mins later, which would have made us very late. For the return journey, when we asked what time we could expect to be collected, (once the taxi had dropped someone else off) we were told that she had no idea and that we were welcome to walk back if unhappy.

We had booked a return from Hope Station to Castleton. All was fine on the way out and had a lovely service, but taxi did not show up for the return trip and when we called were sent straight to voicemail with no reply meaning we missed our train home. Would not recommend if you need a service you can rely on

Booked a pick up and collection for an evening do at a hotel in Grindleford. Outward journey was good with on time friendly driver. Price was higher that quoted but we didn't mention as difference was minimal (£14 instead of £10 quoted).

Return journey was booked for midnight and we were given very explicit instructions on being on time and that we would only receive one call if we weren't waiting. Understood this and were happy to oblige.

Midnight came and went so I tried to ring the office. No answer and a voicemail that advised customers with bookings to text. Did this. No text or taxi.
Eventually received a text at 6.20am apologising as they'd had a breakdown and she'd only just found out.
Breakdowns are unavoidable but the driver could surely have rung us so that we knew? Given the rural location and lack of other taxis it was only luck and the help of another guest that got us home.

Myself, my partner and our dog used Penny's Cars for a day out in Castleton while staying near to Ladybower Reservoir. The service we received was excellent. We were picked up at both ends at the agreed time and place with no fuss and the drivers were lovely people as well!! Would recommend without hesitation!!

Excellent service and competitive price! I booked two days in advance a taxi cab for two, from Bradwell to Hope train station. Penny's Cars was there for us, despite being a bank holiday: I definitely recommend them, thanks again!
