Amazing service, they helped us a lot through our short time in Aberdeen. Every single taxi driver was friendly and spoke to us. It was very lovely because we are not local and wanted to know more about the place so they would tell us all about it and tell us what different places we are passing by so we know for future. The cars were all comfy and the drivers drove very well so we felt safe. Prices are also good, better than in London for sure.

I've used Rainbow 3 times this year (it's March 2023) when visiting Aberdeen for business.

Once to take me from the office to the airport, and this was ok, easy to book, taxi arrived on time, was clean and tidy, drive nice and cost good.

Second to pick me up from the airport and they were 30 min late and it was 4 degrees. Each time I called they said "the driver is on the way.. just a few minutes" I called every 10 min then about 30 late he arrived.

Third time was last week the day it snowed and I tried to book a taxi for the following day to take me to the airport but they refused to take a booking telling me to call an hour before I needed the ride. I called Aberdeen taxis who took the booking and arrived on time.

I have used these taxis multiple times during my stay in Aberdeen over the last few days.. Their service and reliability is second to none and I cannot praise them highly enough. Ever car was scrupulously clean and every driver went out of their way to be courteous and helpful.
Always on time or a few minutes early.
They advise you of the make, model, colour and registration number of the vehicle coming to collect you so that you know exactly what to look out for.. I loved this feature.
Thank you so much for such a wonderful reliable service it certainly enhanced my time in Aberdeen.

Brilliant service. Always 100% reliable. Friendly drivers, clean cars, disabled needs met and always Covid considerate. Been using Rainbow for 20 years and won’t use another firm

Fabulous service from the booking to collection of my dad , who’s in a wheelchair, to delivering us to our destination. Really helpful, friendly people. Very very happy with the service that’s been provided to us. Will definitely use Rainbow Taxis again.

It was very comfortable nice trip. Very good and friendly conversation with the driver. The driver arrived 5 minutes before, we reached our destination on time without rush.
The car was clean, no any unpleasant or smoking smell.

Thank you the driver Alexander. It was excellent experience.

The call center stuff was very efficient and clear, picked up the cook quickly, so I didn’t have to wait in the line.

Would use this service again for sure.

I booked a taxi, using the app, from the train station to the hospital, then did the same for my return journey. App was easy to use & the text service that told me the make / model, colour & reg of the car that was waiting for me was excellent. Friendly, polite drivers & the driver taking me to the hospital was especially helpful taking me to the nearest doors for the area / hospital zone I needed and giving me directions for within the hospital. First class service all round, I’ll definitely use this company again (if I am in Aberdeen again) and highly recommend them. For someone unfamiliar with Aberdeen this took away any anxiety of transport between the train & hospital. Thank you.

Ordered for my mum from town as she can’t walk too far. She always books Rainbow Taxis as the service is so good. Picked her up at the front door very promptly. Thank you very much
