Say No to ABC cargo

They will never deliver on time
High price
No quality service
No support or help
Saad moidu from escalation dept seems some Bot or ai service they using for sending same reply for our mails, no supportive service
Never ever chose ABC cargo
When we ask for proper reply, they ask to learn their company policy and t&c
I hope govt take some action against this company
Have never This much cheating service in uae

They promised the delivery in 10 days, and my cargo to Kerala was delivered on the 7th day. We took the express air cargo, and they charged around 18.5dhs/kg. They packed the cargo very professionally and it was wrapped properly. Great service by ABC cargo.

I am amazed by the service of Mr. Gagan (Pick-up and packing guy), he is really great person he guided us so well for the packaging. Five out of five stars are for him. I suggest everyone to ask for him to send your cargos. Thank you Mr. Gagan.

Very worst service , don’t ever think of sending goods thro them ….. we sent some goods to india they promised delivery will be done in 20 days for express delivery and paid for that ….now it’s more than 40 days not yet delivered and if we call them the representative talking very rudely ….I suggest everyone not to use their services
