Very disappointing. I have received sms mentioning that the this transaction has been sent for the credit (1217123111959504).
This was a duplicated, which showed me as transaction failed during the payment.
Due to which another transaction was initiated 1217123111990356 this time it succeeded which was fine.
To avoid confusion, I have contacted the LULU money customer care immediately and informed him what had happened during the transaction.
One transaction should have been reversed, he initiated this email chain and told me that he will raise with the concerned department.
Now I have received sms that both the transaction was successful.
Now when I confirmed with the customer service agent that both transaction executed.
My intention was to send one transaction.
Please explain
1) Why did App mentioned as transaction failed.
2) To reverse the transaction, why there was no action from customer care agent. Despite of informing him immediately.
Now, I am in loss of one transaction and how can I overcome that?

Commendable service under the leadership of Amitha and trainee Sharifa who were extremely patient and readily to understand any querry from clients. Visakh was equally supportive and customer focus. I am exremely impressed by their attitude and customer focus.

Well done lulu exchange Al hahaha and keep up the good work.

Worst service. I can't receive the money because my full name is not in order however Complete name is mentioned by Sender. Lulu has a nonsense setup of system which is not allowing customers to get our own funds. I will never recommend lulu exchange as their is tech slavery being followed.

Pls get your money transferred through other exchange houses rather than LuLu exchange.

What will happen in case of an utmost emergency when you require this fund to save the lives of your loved ones and they tell you that LuLu exchange staff can't help you just because system is not allowing...???

'We understand' and 'Sorry' is not going to help us in such situation.

Highly disappointed ????

I made a transaction today is third day and its not been deposited yet. And they said there is promotion of zero transfer fee but still charged. Tried call, chat and email, but no one is serious about customer problem. So dissapointed service.

Just came for wps on behalf of my brother but staff showing disrespected, talking impolite. Sharjah lulu exchange 1st floor …., I won’t recommend to visit to any of my friend….

Wouldn’t call it a market. It’s just people selling old rubbish and stolen good on the pavement every Saturday. Who looks to buy old shoes and a VHS player off the pavement?

Kingsland Market refers to Dalston Kingsland in Hackney. This is a very accessible area of London and well worth what I call a Destination Visit..that is well worth going to. The area is full of shops, cafés, banks, eateries of many different nations. Saturday's in-particular see the area full of campaigners seeking and selling views on the issues. Now, watch your BAG. As for getting there, two stations from different routes bring you out into the centre..Dalston Junction or Dalston Kingsland Station you can get a train to either. Or buses, 243, 149 go right through. Walk round, then choose somewhere to eat then walk around again, enjoy!

The Kingsland Waste you mean. Will never be the same as the 60s and even before that. Can't call it a market anymore, even before Covid19, the days of that photograph above are well and truly gone. It's just a few shops that are of use now...

The market really closed down early 90s. You dont have ful market anymore. It used to be a full typical East London market but with the redevelopment it's all changed to a handful of stalls.

Needs more stalls make it into a car boot sale items will encourage more people & be good for local businesses
