Good service, I was attended by Ganesh who is talented sales person. All the queries were answered with the patience and in a very polite manner. I have just mentioned my preference he showed me very good collection.
I always would like to recommend Ganesh whenever I visit Malabar.

We came to exchange an old chain and bracelet for new ones. Mr. Nikhil assisted us with the selection and suggested new ones also. He gave us a good deal on making charges for the new purchase. The customer service was exemplary as usual. The attitude and positiveness of the customer care agents were superb.

I was very happy and saw professional care from an employee who named Mr. Shyam in Al nahda lulu branch . He is extremely customer focused and didn't give up the business values . The store has fabulous and wide range of collection. All the staffs are very knowledgeable and friendly.
The customer service is extra ordinary. Provides best deal for making charges and Zero deduction on exchange.
