Had a puncture tonight on my way home, puncture kit useless. But Greenflag were wonderful sent out a recover vehicle within 30 minutes. The driver Neil Russell from Rivermead recovery was great , very chatty and knowledgeable about tyres. Taken home to the door.

My breakdown service were too busy so, outsourced recovery to Rivermead. Their office phoned me to confirm someone was on their way and duly, they arrived. The entire service was fantastic, the driver especially so. He called me when my vehicle had reached its destination and confirmed all was well. Thank you Rivermead, I am so appreciative of your friendly, reassuring professionalism and excellent service.

We had problems with our motorhome and ground to a halt on a A303 slip road.
Rivermead came out to us very quickly after we called Green Flag.
Mike came along and had that reassuring quiet confidence that immediately put us at ease.
He diagnosed the problem and sorted out a complex issue with good old-fashioned know-how and had us on our way home very quickly - even following us for a couple of miles to make sure all was well.
Mike's manner and expertise were second to none - what a lovely guy; and what an excellent service .

Car breakdown on A303 and via Direct Line this Recovery company came to our rescue. Kerry arrived within the hour after our call and attempted to trace the fault. Major engine problem so not fixable at roadside. Kerry then took us and our vehicle to Taunton where another Rivermead Recovery vehicle was waiting to take us back home. Kerry was just great - really friendly and very professional. From Taunton it was Wendy who took us the rest of the journey. Wendy was also really friendly and helpful and a very careful driver and careful with loading and off loading our vehicle. These two people made a very difficult day much better because of their professionalism and friendly attitude. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

Fantastic service from Mike today who rescued me. Would 100% recommend this team. Referred from Green Flag as I'd locked myself out of the car, with two dogs stuck in the car. I was advised I'd be recovered within the hour but Mike arrived in 25 minutes. He was very kind and reassuring, as I was a little panicked. He managed to get my keys out, and me safely back in and all with no damage to my vehicle. Mike, you are a legend, thank you so much!

I was recovered by Max this evening, he was very professional, friendly and went the extra mile. We had a bad experience being relay towed previously, so when we broke down we were dreading the tow back home. Max really restored our faith in recovery services and made a bad experience a little less difficult, which we really appreciated.

What a fantastic service, recovered my friends VW split screen camper. Neil Russell the driver was fantastic. The vehicle was carefully, safely and securely loaded ( as it is very low) and number plates and exhaust were protected and Neil went out of his way to get me back home. Can not thank or recommend Rivermead enough.
