We went in to try out the sizes of cars before buying. The staff were super helpful answering all our questions and letting us sit in the cars. Great service with no hard sell. The problem now is I want the Duster my wife wants the Sandero but we both like the Captur.

I have bought cars from Macklin motors previously about 6 or 7 when it was a Ford dealer. But since it has taken over all car makes and the last car I bought I was told a lot of lies. It seems they will say anything to get a sale. I reviewed before and was contacted and asked to e mail them with the problems and guess what no such e mail. I change my car usually every year but my last visit to Macklin Motors

Absolute shambles, tried to get my car in for its service this morning, not one parking space. What I assumed is their car park was like a dumping ground. Asked a very harassed member if there was parking, she appeared more interested in trying to balance her McDonald’s takeaway in her arms, replying just park in the football ground next door. Went to the football ground and no parking. You would think they would know how many cars are booked in and accommodate the customers by allowing a drop off/ parking area. They were professional when calling me the night before trying to sell me services I did not need on top of my service and MOT.

Robbie was really helpful with answering any questions or queries I had. Robbie was very accommodating by working along with my work schedule when he needed to contact me due to me working nightshift. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a new car!
