Incredibly poor signposting to pick up point beyond the vehicle barriers. Even finding a ticket machine proved challenging. The directions to these were eventually found tucked away on a stairwell taking you to a different level where you can wander about a bit and feel a sense of achievement when you find them. All easy when you know the form but considering how many people must be arriving here unfamiliar with the place some directions should be far more explicit.
