I am a very old customer since I have been using Ansari Exchange in Dubai 2016 but today the lady at this Al Nahda Ansar branch seemed new to me. Looks Arabic speaking She spoke very rudely, and was speaking in such a rude manner.
When I complained about her behavior.she said oh she think something else.????

easy redemption process for National bonds though would be great if they can have also available in Sahara Branch were National Bonds branch is also available.
