I enjoyed my visit to Islington Square. I used to live in Finsbury Park so would walk to Angel regularly. I have since moved to live near London Bridge but visited Islington Square to write a review for my blog. I thought it was a great addition to the area. It's nice to have a few restaurants that don't overlook a busy road. Loved the grocery store, plant shop and a couple of the homeware/lifestyle stores. Once all the units have opened up it will be busy. It's worth a visit. If I still lived in the area I expect I would pop along on a regular basis. It has a relaxed vibe because you can shop and dine away from the road. There seemed to be plenty of mums with babies eating brunch.

Islington Square is so achingly 'on trend' you worry if they will detect you are wearing unfashionable underwear. Badly hit by cirvid lockdowns, it is still struggling to find its feet.
However, it has become home to a number of uber stylish popups. One such is 'FORM & REFINE + edith'. For those who enjoy beautifully elegant, minimalist styles, this is a excellent place to visit. Carefully arranged ceramics, well lit, with a few perfectly chosen pieces of furniture, and beautifully exhibited textiles leave you wondering if this is a craft arts gallery, or an upmarket showroom.
Actually, it is both. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Lovely area to walk around, mostly high end shops and independent stores so something a little different to look at
Parking not easy and cost £9 an hour on the street

Visited the place with my dad to check out the facilities and activities on the square and join the third space gym which was amazing experience overall everything is as expected but best part was the staff that are very helpful all over the place specifically the security at the entrance that was a big surprise, mando from security team was very sweet and helpful and very knowledgeable of the place after along chat between him and my dad we decided to move into the square. Great place and great staff and definitely fantastic place to live

The parking problem is that you pay 14 pounds for at least 1 hour to stop a lot of ywre.

Lovely place to visit. It's very new with a good selection of things in the area.

Not the same since they stopped the stalls at weekends. Apparently the residents complained about the noise. They could have changed the setting up times instead of cancelling it altogether!
