I've been here a few years back and happy to be back. The best part of Salkara is the service and food.

Love the Biriyani served at all paragon group restuarants. We ordered aadu soup, kanthari fish tawa fry, mango salad, chicken biriyani, chemballi fish biriyani, and lime tea.

Mango salad was a surprise with greenchilies and onions and sone mango syrup with fresh mangoes. Aadu soup was the best. I loved the kanthari fish fry and biriyanis as always awesome.

This group knows how to serve food and take care of customers.

I would higly recommend their seafood dishes. Never disappointed in my experience. Decided to have normal meals with king fish fry this time. I wish they served a bigger portion of fish though it was priced rightfully. The curries and payasam served with rice were all tasty.

This place is great! Atmosphere was okey and cool but the staff is also really friendly Antony thanks and to Vijesh . They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, especially meals and biriyani was dam good , it’s 100% worth it. Go to Salkara ✅

The food is awesome. Food tastes like homemade. I prefer dine in because if we go for homedelivery, food is entirely different, tastes also different and will also get cold food while reaching home itself.

After publishing my below review, I received a call from the Restaurant manager Mr. Jignesh. He patiently listened to my concerns and assured that they will improve the food and the quality. In fact, the polite behavior and the positive attitude of Jignesh was very impressive. It is nice to know that there are excellent Managers like Jignesh. Hats off to Jignesh and the customer support. I am sure that they will improve their food quality.

We ordered Schezwan fried rice, Beef Ularthiyathu and parotta. Schezwan was too spicy and it doesn't tasted like Schezwan. There was no Schezwan sauce added in the rice. In short it tasted like a Kerala fried rice. Beef was also too spicy but was ok. Parotta was dry and tasteless. overall, the food was not good as expected. The quality and taste which they had before is not now in their foods. They have to concentrate on the quality and also its hard time to improve the taste. The food was delivered on time. The delivery boy was very polite and delivered fast.

Great service and recommendations by Jay prakash. Food was fresh and very tasty. Chef kalesh made modification to the dish exactly according to our request. So thanks to him for that. Will definitely come back and recommend others too.
