Very good customer service. The nice, humble branch manager was sitting on the teller's desk helping other employees as a teller when I last visited. It touched me so much.

We rang to see if they had what I was looking for, which they did.
The trade in of my honda was seamless, the finance was straight forward.
Marcus and the staff were all real nice and friendly, no pushy sales at all.
I'd definitely go here again, should I ever decide to trade this one in, but not for a couple of years yet

Fantastic customer service and excellent service from Marcus especially.
Anything that needed doing to the car, T W White & Sons were perfect and will definitely be returning in 3 years for my next car.

We recently purchased an excellent condition second hand Suzuki Swift from Marcus at TW White, Effingham. From our first phone inquiry, negotiations, sale and after sales contact, we were treated with friendliness, respect and a 'can do' attitude. There was no attempt to 'hard sell'. Highly recommended.

Their customer service is excellent and my Suzuki Swift is the best car I have ever had! The payment plan is affordable and all details explained fully by the team. I would strongly recommend them.

We are very happy with the service from T W White & Sons Suzuki, Effingham. Easy to deal with. The car is great. We had decided we wanted a Suzuki and T W White & Sons Suzuki had a great website with good selection. Great after-purchace care and follow up. I would definitely reccomend this dealership.
