Staying here but can't give 5 stars as gym has missing equipments and the pool and sauna is forever not functional.

Maintenance is very good in the building. And building is always clean. Swimming pool is indoor and good for children and also separate time for ladies and gents. But In gym most of the time machine is not working.

I lived here for 3 years and was quite happy about the flat. The maintenance was quick and securities were very attentive. The building is for family only.

However the parking was always an issue because in the beginning my parking was in P8 level where I had to drive 16 floors up since one levelu003dtwo floors. I had to request the manager in charge to give parking in the lower level but had to wait so long to get one. But I realized he was giving priority to other people who came after me which was pretty annoying. You have to keep following him up to get yourself picked.

The building has an indoor pool and Gym with family friendly timings. The building is next to Ansar mall which is convenient for shopping and groceries. It has most of the fast food chains and Arabic, Indian food outlets close by.

While I was leaving the building they deducted a huge amount for the dampness on the kitchen cabinet doors caused from the wash basin pipe with a tiny leak which was already there while I rented the flat. Remember to show them if any faulty construction so that you do not have to pay for it later for their fault.

It is very good Building. Neat and clean. Proper maintenance is provided except cleaning the windows (I never saw them cleaning a single time since I moved here which was 2 years back). The parking is very much narrow and high chances that our car will get a dent or scratch if we didn;t drive very very carefully. Other than the above I love this place. Rooms are very much spacious, Chiller free, proper Internal cleaning (Not the windows), very cooperative security staffs,Well maintained swimming pool,Next to Ansar Mall, Quick response if we call for house maintenance.
Just deducting a star for not cleaning the window for the last 2 years.

Gym is still closed and no sign of opening it any time sooner. Requests are falling on deaf ears The pool is kids size. Just ok . Maintenece and Cleanliness is good . Security is attentive. Overall ok

Still Gym is closed, can we know when it will be open. almost the covid situations are fine in UAE. and the Government also remove certain restrictions.
i m recently took an apartment in Al Baker 2. i m very satisfying on the building, management and everything. have a small request on that please re open the Gym as soon as possible.

Nice family building. Big rooms , big kitchens. Clean lobby. Groceries right down the building. Parking is an issue for visitors. So close to Ansar Mall. Swimming pool and Gym is in the building.
