It's family friendly apartments

If your looking for an apartment don't come here. Worst maintenance.... cockroach infested building...more that 20 years old .... pathetic real estate management eg: I requested to replace 3 broken floor tiles in my hallway and they did it after 2 months

Al Ghazal is an old building and due to bad maintenance it has become a worst place to live . The watchman Mr. Saamy is an arrogant person who never helps people on anything. Still they don't reduce any price on rental which is really surprising

Moderate rent rates for Sharjah. Also the flats are not furnished so bring your own equipment.
