Very polite from start to finish, taxi was even slightly early and didn't mind waiting while we said our goodbyes.
Will definitely be using this company again.

Taxi never showed up and never called leaving me stranded. I scheduled a pick up the day before which I was told will be no problem. When the taxi never came I called and was told “he has a flat tire and can’t take me to my destination”. He never bothered calling me about flat tire and gave no options on getting me to the bus station on time. I missed my bus to downtown London which was a non refundable voucher and had a holiday already scheduled and payed for. I can’t believe a taxi “service” if you can even call it that, such as this exists. Horrible service and I will tell everyone on base and new comers to never use Style taxi.

Booked a taxi 4 days in advance to take my daughter to Ely train station on a Sunday afternoon, she needed to get back for work on Monday. After 10 minutes waiting from the arranged time she rang Style who said oh someone is coming now but gave no explanation as to why no taxi had turned up.
On booking the taxi I had asked how much the fare would be and was told around £20.
My daughter made her train by the skin of her teeth but was frantic when they finally got to the station. The driver charged £26 for the fare but because my daughter was so stressed about getting her train she just threw £30 at the driver and fled.
This was not a good experience all round. No style unreliable ripoff service

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
Booked well in advance for a pick up at 1am and they did not turn up. When I rang, was told he had too many jobs but would be 15 mins. I rang back 30 minutes later as he had not arrived, to be met with an aggressive person who said he couldn't get the cars and if I argued he would just leave us there....He then hung up on me!!
Fortunately, we managed to cab share with some other people, some of whom had also been let down by Style Taxis, having been stood in the freezing cold for 40 minutes.
Absolutely appalling service, which I wouldn't use again if it was free!
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

I have rung this company 3 times since living in mildenhall (3 months) and every time I have called to PRE BOOK for a later date, they have told me that none of the drivers are willing to drive from Beck Row to Mildenhall. One time the man who answered the phone even said “it’s not that far, why don’t you just walk”. Shocking.

Traveled from Yorkshire down to Mildenhall for the races at Newmarket. What an excellent service from this taxi company picked up on time and then after the races special thanks to Paul for all his help and information.

Very friendly drivers. Bit pricey, but as I was travelling in the countryside and crossing county lines it was to be expected.

Only taxi company that could be bothered to answer the phone and got me a cab quick on a Sunday afternoon. Blokes very professional. Will use in future
