Wouldn’t even give one star the driver was rude from the start as he pulled into the car park and pulled straight back out then had the brass neck to have a go at me for wasting his time when in fact he wasted his own time for driving in and out of the car park and not bothering to stop after being waved down then during the journey decided to continue to be rude to myself and my partner when we asked a question about the starting rate he selected, decided to leave the taxi as I wasn’t putting up with rude driver who was clearly upset that he was working the weekend. Then the “lady” in the office decided to phone me to continue to be rude down the phone and refuse to send a replacement taxi so I told her not to bother. Never experienced such rude staff and poor service SORT IT OUT. Driver is number 394 with gammy teeth not hard to miss, avoid at all costs.

paid £20 for a removal fee just down the road with 5 boxes, they made me wait 2 hours with the excuse that they couldn’t find an estate car but 2 showed up at westfield court during that wait. When the car finally turned up (it was a tiny car), the driver had no clue that he was transporting boxes and whilst he was very kind and willing to do it, the lack of communication between the driver and operators was awful which he complained about. 2 weeks later (today) my roommate enquires about the same service and is met with a very rude operator who shouts at her down the phone saying that their company is only responsible for transporting people, not any boxes or luggage; and after mocking my roommate for being unable to use Facebook to book a van, they hung up. Every time I use this service there always seems to be an issue with the car or the people driving it, I would highly recommend you avoid if you can.

Pre booked a taxi days before an event. Any other company would assign a driver there and then, but not drive upon calling them they have no idea who or where our driver is. This is absolutely appalling and needs to change, customer service is paramount

Wouldn’t bother wasting your money! Was waiting an hour for a taxi after been told it will be with me within 15 minutes. Every time I rang I got told it was somewhere different!

Booked a mini bus online for 8 people at 12.30 Sent 2 separate cars. Allegedly.......one at 1pm and the other....well I'm still waiting! Minibus was quoted by email.....£60 return for 8 but 1 car was £60 return for 4 ???????????? Appalling service. Appalling customer service.....I'd rather walk!

Prebooked a taxi and was sat waiting to be assigned a driver and when I rang the office they didn’t care that I had to be at work and said it will be 10 to 15 minutes not very good customer service to be honest

Cancelled a taxi we booked 2 weeks in advance, with no communication, we only found out when rang up. We were at a rural wedding venue, absolutely disgusted.

If pre booked normally on time but a nightmare for an unbooked return. Today I was waiting almost an hour outside the eye hospital in Hull
