Worst thing is no one attends the call in any branches across the uae. I dont know why they have kept the contact number. Pathetic service

Visited this store to collect my online order but the lady at the check-out counter was very rude. She was yelling at a lady infront of me when she asked something, and when it was my turn, this lady didn't even care to put the package in a paper bag. She just gave me the package and a paper bag. Lol

Collections and quality is very good. One request to the management- please keep some chairs or seating spaces. There is literally no place to sit. Normal shopping takes at least an hour and with kids around, its really uncomfortable. You cant expect them to wait in seating area inside changing room. This is not just Zahia but AE all other brances too.
