Have visited this outlet multiple times both for instore purchase and to collect online orders. Plenty of collection and decent staff.

I ordered on the online app of Mothercare and more than 10 days no delivery

Plus they are not cancelling the order now and giving me refund

They say IT problem

Kindly refrain from ordering online on the Mothercare app

I notice everytime i went to buy some clothes for my kids the lady wearing abaya (dunno if shes an indian nationality )from counter
she dont know how to approach a costumers maybe she defends on. costumers nationalaties????
And You cannot hear from her a words of thank you
but the rest is okay aside from her,
