One of the worst experiences in M.A.C. because of the workers' attitude.
I asked 2 female workers a a specific thing a couple of times, they confirmed it. And then it turns out they did not understand what I was asking about.

The general attitude of these two specific workers gave me a feeling they are not at the right place because it’s unacceptable to “misunderstand” the customer who re-asks a couple of times about one specific thing.

Rotana the makeup artist at Mac store sahara center is absolutely the BEST! She is more than accommodating with her busy schedule and goes above and beyond expectations! Her work is AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL and professional! absolutely loved her work! She made me look stunning She has an amazing spirit and positive energy she brings with her.

I passed by MAC sahara today , i really salut ROTANA. She had a makeup client and she was alone in the store , she managed to assist me and yet do the makeup to her client in the back , she was very polite understanding with a very amazing smile in her face even though it was a lot to handle for her i believe, she knows what shes doing exactly very professional ????????????????????????

I walked in to Mac Sahara Mall in Sharjah and was greeted straight away by Jhoi.
I normally feel quite uncomfortable going in to make-up retailers specially knowing that it’s a high end brand, she was smiling and helpful from then on. She looked for what I was asking for and offered to try different shades on my skin. I felt comfortable to sit on the chair and her do my make up. It was a great experience. Thank you Miss Jhoi.

I came to the shop to buy a foundation and I bought a lot of items because of good service and guidance of Enas. I am very thankful and I wish her all the best. I will be back by next week for her and hope buy more things.
