Neighbourhood grocery that has all the everyday basic stuff one might need. Very neat and clean and well organized. Delivery is prompt. Staff is courteous. If they dont have an item they will procure it from other nearby shops. Two thumbs up.

Nice wide open site. Short walk to Whitby town past the abbey, although you do have to walk down the 199 steps so be prepared for the walk back up.

Can accommodate motorhomes of various sizes, parking for these is mainly on grass so beware in wetter weather, although you can park your motorhome in the coach bays but will then have to pay the coach daily charge.

Interesting place .Shop and museum very good. Had the tour Mikes so we could get all the information about the abby as we walked round.

Parking lot for cars and coaches. Enough space for 10 coaches, possible to pay with cards, f.e. 2 hours for £3.

Its a nice place to look over the town and for abit of piece and quiet and lovely views across the harbour

These are good parking spaces, the 3 stars is for the fact that a couple of hours is £2 then nothing in between until £7 for 6hours…. that’s a pretty poor show … yes you might well spend 6 hours in Whitby but £7 that’s just a plain rip off… Anyone that has been to Whitby knows that parking is always an issue but to charge that amount doesn’t show the local authority in a very good light

Managed to find a space here while other car parks closer to the town and the front were full. Just a short walk down the hill into town. Slightly frustrating that you can only pay for 2 hrs or 6 hrs, with nothing inbetween, but we liked the ability to use the Ring Go app to pay.

Excellent beside the Abbey so it's a very short walk and at the entrance there is also a very safe ramp for wheelchairs which is good but the stretch between ramp and Abbey ruins could be a bit difficult for people who need easy access.. A very large car park so no problem.finding a place
