intransparent what the man on first floor is doing. He couldn't answer my questions and bad english. He showed no attention to customer, like I am not there, i was the only customer but he sat there and said nothing for 5 min.
Later I looked in du website where I they answered everything and I understood how to recharge and use my du card.
