Dealt with Graham for new vehicle, after being let down the day before for another vehicle from another company I enquired late in the day about a vehicle at Great Coates Motors and drove down from highlands of Scotland to collect the next day with a seamless deal done and very professionally done, Graham helped in any way possible and made the trip worthwhile as the vehicle was exactly what was described to me and was ready to go there and then! Highly recommend

Did gold service in December/January after a couple of weeks light came up again (oil light)took it to the garage again they switched the light off,then came again after a couple of months.Took it in again at the reseption told me that maybe needed another service ???????? anyway they switched it off again.After nearly 6 months came light came up again but I’m not going to them anymore cause I think they didn’t change the oil again

Used Great Coates Motors twice recently and on both occasions the standard of service was faultless with competitive prices.

Communication between GCM service team and customer is first class and admirable.

Having my car serviced was made much easier with the option to collect and return.

Extremely satisfied with everybody I spoke to and who had any part in servicing my vehicle.

Fitted a new Turbo in my Nissan X-Trail quoted £900 less than the nearby Nissan Dealer and stuck to it. Also replaced Rear discs and pads. All while having a brand-new loan car for all the time they had ours. Something the main dealer could not do! Done a wonderful job all round, I fully recommend this Garage for all types of repairs and maintenance they are first class!

Been dealing with Dave, who has been incredible, such an asset to your company, someone buy the man a glass of champagne (little in-joke there!)...! The lady on reception is also great, I have never known the phone not to be answered which many main dealers seem to struggle with and always with the utmost courtesy and politeness; someone buy the lady a glass of champagne!!! In a nutshell, highly recommendable and totally trustworthy and honest, THANK YOU!!!

I purchased a VW T6 in February 2021 and was delighted with the process and Graham was very truth full.
I had a problem with the vehicle that no warranty covered and Having sent Graham the bill, as i had the vehicle less than three months, Graham
settled the invoice the same day.
Any question I have had Graham has answered in full and truth fully.
I would recommend Great Coates Motors to any one
