Mr. Ahmed Yehia was great and helped me resolve an issue I have been trying to fix for the past 2 years. He went above and beyond to help and it took him 10 minutes to resolve the issue. Highly recommend dealing with this branch ????????

Great service which I never ever expect especially from Mr. Mohamed Atef he was really cooperative and highly appreciated. I wish the whole level of the service of BM to continue as same as I had today experience with Mr. Mohd Atef.

The worst customer service I have ever seen in any bank, they have partiality for other than their nationalities and the way to treating is like the worst it shows that we should not visit here again, but due to our company account I'm visiting here, the recent incidents, is I just need a cheque no. And the benificiary details for an amount which was deducted on 13.4.2022 from our account so I came here on 14.4.2022 and took a token at 09.58am but the time crossed 10.56 still I'm waiting for my token, but the customer service poeple were forgot to call a corporate tokens, but they were calling only for a personal tokens, so I visited to manager and he is checking the tokens that were not called and when I'm asking him a questions he is turned on the token for corporate which show cus.service 3 and already there is people in the seat. It's dramatic moment they were acting well, and the guy who is sitting in the cus.service 3 he is asking me to submit a letter to the lady who is sitting left side of the entrance, it means they will transfer the letter to the concern department to get the cheque details and they will get back to us in 3days it show they are hiding their mistakes and very well cornering, I asked him to check in a statement he said he cannot he don't have such options to check, but coz of Ramadan month fasting time I didn't ask them any questions i just calm down and went to another counter customer service 2 to get the details same time he have given me the details that I require, maximum no. of staffs in the banque misr Sharjah branch they have an attitude worst to treat customer's it's look like customer are working for them. Anyway all the ratings given in Google reviews are as they make from their staff side. But I hope this review will turn the worst behaviour of them to good behaviour. please teach your staffs that not to show their own attitude to the customers. Please inform your staff's " Customers are your asset's"

The persons who is sitting in customer service 2 and customer service 4 on 14.4.2022 they are always treating the customers good as I know.

Excellent service.
This was the first time I’ve ever had my car valeted and I’d happily book Jason again. He got it far cleaner inside and out, than I ever could have. The car smelt lovely when I got back in it and was shiny and clean. The outside is spotless and the tyres had been blacked. Top notch service without me having to leave the house. Everything needed is kept within the valeting van so all Jason needs are your vehicle and car key. ????

Had Jason out to deal with dog smell in new car. Explained in detail products he was using and process of each stage. Car is now in imaculate as new condition. Very professional and reasonably priced for level of service. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.

I can not recommend this company high enough. Did an excellent valet on my Volvo XC60 and being an ex BMW Sales Manager I know a good job when I see it. Highly recommended!
