Can I say its the worst facial i have ever tried in my whole life ..!!!! My nose bone is in sooo much pain … not professional at all and my face had acne that i never had in my whole life!! Also hygiene wise is the worst!!!!

There is one lady I took an appointment with her and she confirmed it ,but when I reach she was confused and denied the appointment because she already give my appointment to another lady ,
I took another appointment with her at the appointment she left me because one of her clients want her !!!
And I am a platinum member I deserve a free services she make me pay for it !! I am so shocked and never going there again . I will shift my account to dubai Mall they are more professional than the zahia branch.

كالعاده الموظفه الراقيه في تقديم الخدمه صوفيا تبهرنا دائما بخدمتها الراقيه وحسن الاستقبال والضيافه من افضل الموظفين الذين يقدمون خدمه مميزه بمكان مميز مثل ديور شكرا صوفيا علي كل شي مميز تقدمينه لاسعاد زوار المحل
ولا انسي مديره المحل راويه الرائعه المديره المبتسمه دائما والمميزه في خدمه واسعاد زوار وعملاء ديور
