It was a great shopping experience.
Wide range of JBL, Harman Kardon and samsung products, staffs were very good, great customer service.
Store Incharge Ajesh had a great knowledge and was very helpful.

It's an outlet offering the best value and quality for your money. The shop in charge being quite knowledgeable, explainef all the technical details of all the competent models but never tried to push me to buy a particular model. His was an unbiased approach and the choice of selection was left entirely to me without even indirectly trying to influence my choice. His focus was not in enhancing his sales volume but was in offering the utmost customer satisfaction. By seeking and getting permission from authorities he gave me the best value and experience.

Gokul was very helpful and showed the entire demo of the soundbar. Rajesh was helpful with the tax invoices formalities. Great team.

Great shopping experience, thanks to the highly knowledgeable and cooperative staff here. Our countless micro minute technical questions before investing into a soundbar and a TV were all answered (without bluffing ????) by Mr. Ajesh. We ended up purchasing both the products from here in spite of multiple offers being available in other stores, just because of the customer experience we received from Harman House Al Zahia.
