Here you will get to see a lot of products. These products will be of very high quality. The staff here is very cooperative or kind. Especially the cashier Elham was very friendly. You will get amazing offers here .

The staff are there to ignore non arab customers..first time i faced racism in this beautiful country with so much tolerance. The security guards will follow you to the point you feel like u are stalked. Staff members are so unprofessional and would either point at a product or point at another staff member when you ask for help. I was only helped when i insisted several times, that too with a smug face. There are no testers for sale items, the very few available testers are all empty. They are very adamant of not allowing customers to open any product on sale. Looking at the comments now i know this is a scam cos u clearly cannot return items if it doesn't match your skin colour. The worst shopping experience ever.
Also BEWARE!! Products are not sealed , i only realised when i came home, they sold me a product which had no seal or packaging and looks like it has been used. The product was clearly switched at the counter cos i rem very clearly picking a brand new item.

I don’t usually like the staff at Al Zahia mall Sephora but I visited last Monday and i was very happy finally. This beautiful lady called LAMIA was kind and patient enough to help me and my friend buy all the things we need. She is very polite, patient and professional at her job. I will definitely become her usual. Sephora needs more employees like her to be honest

Absolutely the worst Sephora!
The personnel there looks to be borderline racist and incredibly unpleasant!
They also have no idea about their product line or how to provide services. When I asked her if there was makeup for Mario, she replied that she was unsure of who would find out. She advised me to ask the other girl, so I went to her. At first, she was speaking with her friends, but after some thought, the staff was the worst because they were unhelpful.

Today, I went to Sephora in Zahia to buy a product, but I witnessed discrimination. Although there were around 8-10 staff members including the cashier, no one came to assist me when I was slightly confused with a product. When I finally called a female staff member for help, she was not aware of the brand I selected and called another female promoter who was busy with an Arab client. After waiting for 5 minutes, I was about to leave when a male staff member finally came and chose the right product for me. From my observation, it seemed like Sephora staff only greets Arabs and Western people. I urge the management to train their staff on treating everyone equally and avoiding any kind of discrimination. Regardless of who the customer is, they deserve fair treatment and attention.

this place really good, the products pretty beautiful and good employees .There is an employee named Maram she helped me a lot and gave me the right things for me. I advise everyone to deal with her.

huge shoutout to the staff who was super helpful and gave me an amazing makeover last week. I loved the products I purchased with her! She made me feel so special and provided a great boost to my confidence! Even though the mall was super crowded last week, but she was very thoughtful and attentive providing me a makeover which I will always cherish! Thanks a lot, for all your thoughtfulness, attention to detail and caring attitude!

It was such a bad experience. Worst outlet of Sephora I could say. I went to buy Eidi for myself and my family. The staffs were so unfriendly and busy so the themselves that I didn’t buy anything from there . I went to Mikyajy nearby it and bought Eidi
I would never recommend this outlet to anyone but will make my friends and family aware about how hostile it is
