I mistakenly made payment to someone else account. And spends hundreds time calling them sending email. Going to the branch. They have such an attitude and unwillingness towards their job maybe. Their whole customer service team has problem and they can never fix a problem without giving you massive headache. People sitting there just waste their time and get paid. It’s shame .if you have new services they will happily help. If you face any issue they will make the issue stays there and give you more headache.luckily there are not much option in the telecom company so customer services won’t be a concern with them.

One of the worst place for telecom services staff is inexperienced and rude it’s been more then 30 minutes they are operating with 3 counters the can’t serve 3 customers literally
