Worst customer care service team.. while speaking they are disconnecting a call, as per customer service representative there is no supervisor or manager in the floor( Salam tower media city dubai). Worst experience in my life. Requesting others don’t take any service from du telecommunication.

The basest service and customer service, they have attitude over the phone , their technical that they send to check the issue they don’t speak english and they don’t know how to solve the issue.

If you don't have any work for the whole day then you can visit this office. You have to wait for them for hours and they will not spend 10 minutes more than their working time. Du should either train these useless staff or close the center. One person is enough to make the whole place worst.

Worst costomer care service. Even calling center are worst, Waiting an one hour on the phone line, Not answering.. This is a customer don't care service.
