They let some people with out que and without any tickets to access the counter while we all waiting in Que and waiting for our numbers to get on screen - when asked they shamelessly mentioned they were in Que before - as such we are of uneducated people standing and doesn’t know the Que process which is ticket wise allocation of counters - upon interference and asking the customer service executive he want us to come with our children to access the counters with such special hospitality desired in our office - (I was very annoyed when he asked me to get children’s if I want to skip the lines too) - Immediately I put it to Manager; who was understanding and he settled it out for us well :
Dear DU communication Please entitle literate customer service care in Safari Mall as we are paying you for multiple lines / contracts from one family
