The customer service here is absolutely superb and the timings are convenient! Highly recommend to visit this branch to sort all issues. They have teller, atm and customer service.

We’ve just had our little girls 4th birthday party here in the princess room. We had so many compliments about this room and the place in general.
It was a little too hot at times. But the party host was very attentive and efficient. We couldn’t thank the staff enough for their help, even lent us a power bank when we forgot our usb plug for the disco ball/speaker.

Highly recommend this place for parties. They have 4 rooms to chose from (I think there’s under the sea, superhero, disco and princess rooms) unlimited juice, food was delicious, designated table for party guests also outside the room. Beautifully decorated.

Very friendly staff. Good variety of things to play on for the kids.

Overall this was a great venue.

Weve been to other places but the girl's just love being here. Parking good, had food for the children they now have a card that can be stamped on each visit bonus scheme.

Visited Bamboozles for grandson’s birthday. Great for the little ones with loads of space. I had a lovely bacon butty ???? while the kids all ran about mad. Great value for money.

We arrived and got asked if we had booked, which we hadn't due to the booking system not work on website. Paid what we felt was a lot of money for an 11month old. Did not feel there was much variety of things for her to play with.

The worse part being we waiting an hour for food. Just as well I packed some food for her because she was very hungry and annoyed. We eventually got food and then didn't get to play on the limited play space for little ones before we had to leave having already pushed her way past naptime.

We totally understand that Saturdays are busy but then there needs to be more staff or allow less people in, especially if you are also catering for big parties.

Safe to say we won't be visiting again.

Had a party here over the weekend. Paid for VIP at almost £400 for 2.5hrs, arrived at 3:40 to see the place still chocker block with people, a party in progress and general play and filthy. I asked staff why people hadn’t left as was told several times they’d be gone at 15:30, in order to tidy and turn round for the party. Our guests were arriving at 3:55 and at 4:15 the other party were still there and kids queing to climb on the climbing walls - so much for exclusive use!! Staff couldn’t have cared a less. Therefore all that area of party was not clean by the time they had eventually gone. Food should have been out at 5pm, it was absolutely freezing cold and served at 5:30pm. Piece of pizza and about 8 frozen chips per kid. Had to ask constantly for drinks for kids despite it being ‘unlimited’ juice. Staff were all very miserable, no party energy or anything between them, none could crack a smile. Was told could have upto 50 within the package, our guests totalled to 46 but had paid for siblings to enter, and I was told we could deduct the siblings until we came to the 50 capacity - I was told this Friday afternoon on the telephone. When it came to paying they called me a Liar, and said our total was 46 and would not deduct to make it upto 50, despite paying for a package including 50kids, therefore had to go find parents to ask them to collect a refund themselves. Wasn’t given slush for birthday children, wasn’t given hot drinks for parents, didn’t get the play passes for birthday child… all which we PAID for as part of the package.
The whole place was freezing cold, ran down and dirty. Toilets still out of use in men’s, dirty and smelly in ladies toilets. Such as shame as this place was once one of the best places to go, and with a deep clean and lick of paint etc could be vastly improved. Sadly would absolutely not recommend to anybody at the moment given our poor, and expensive ordeal at the weekend.

Helpful and friendly staff, food was also very nice and reasonably priced. I took a one year old little boy here who I childmind for and he loved it

Excellent place go regularly, get alot for your money. The crazy golf and maze are entertaining. Animals well looked after and very friendly.

Arrived at 10.20 on a Wednesday. Play areas had not been left tidy. No atmosphere - no music or background. Smell of stale food in the air.
