I bought a cooker 60*60 from this company though carrefour and they refused to change it to 60*90 even it’s not used at all and not connected to Gas. Very bad management and not understanding at all and I don’t recommend to deal with them

Very happy with the support provided by Mr Jordan from Eros store in sharjah city center.

The product (Samsung S7 FE) was out of stock so he communicated in other shop in dxb and ordered the product for us within a day.

Good afternoon ..before I bought iPhone 14 pro the sales man respect me a lot after that when I bought it he not care if I ask him for help and when I said I bought iPhone 14 pro from you ,he said this money not for me for company he not respect customer at all he change because I bought it and done .. I’m not happy at all I never come to buy any thing from Eros in sharjah city center company because not good services . Thanks

Bad service for the first time they welcome you after the payment even they don’t care they ask me to collect the item on the next day when I reach they told me com tomorrow and then ask me to go another branch after that to wait one hour after waiting 1:40
minutes I get the item bad treatment

Faulty products and hassle.
Absolutely disappointing, there products don’t work and customer service is awful.
Was in the store 3 days ago, sales girl Carla unapologetically made me wait for 1 hour, i stayed patient and came back understanding they are understaffed.On return purchased a laptop, sales person Carla promised me my laptop will be set up as it was a display laptop, collected it after 3 days and it was not set up. I had to go back and the same sale lady was rude, shouted at me and argued she is right in what she did. The lady had no respect or value for another persons time.

But on contrast I dealt with another sales person Santhosh who was helpful informative and delivered on time and with precision. I appreciate hard working staff and was impressed.

But Please check your products, it’s usually faulty and some of the customer services people have no clue of the products.
