Don’t buy sketchers. Don’t buy from this place.

I bought a sketchers running shoe from Shoe Mart in Sharjah city center. My fingers came out from both shoes in 3 months. I didn’t even run (I used this only for walking).

I didn’t have the bill, but showed them original boxes with their tags, card payment bank slips and everything I had. They confirmed I bought them from their store, but rejected to replace or repair (it cannot be repaired).

If you want branded shoes for 3-4 months, go for sketchers.

If you want such an irresponsible customer support, go to Shoe Mart.

Staff's service level is awesome across floor. All are really helpful. Mr. Nirmal helped me pick right shoes.

Nice collection of shoes and bags. The offers are not appealing though. Shop is quite spacious. You can avail shukran points.

By far the worst shoemart I have ever been to in UAE. Very unreliable workers, wanted to sell me a very dirty shoe for 300+ Dhs and just because we are young adults a worker talk to us in a very rude manner. 100% never to return again.
