Very bad experience. Was waiting for a long time mr Mohammed safi, who can’t handle people was made to stand in entrance and was rude when asked for an information.

Excellent customer service,
By mistake my uncle cancelled my sim, and i want that number back with my id, so i visited this mega mall service center, staff members Mohammed shafi and sudeep they solved my issue in 30 mnts,

They are providing free sim cards below 29 age only .....you should get token first whenever you visit for Telecom related queries .......they has mobiles on installment really eye catching offers......nice place must Visit

Worst Customer Service. Don't even think about going there. Their Representatives are not even helpful. I came there for Updating my Emirates ID to the SIM I got from Airport. It was a visitor line and want to change into weasel Prepaid. I went there first one guy came told about the Post-paid plan, and I was not happy with the prices and the offer. Then he told me to put a request and come back again. I gone second time, entered the stall nobody is even bothered to come front and help me out, and as I need my SIM to be working I asked one of the lady and she told me to do on the Self Service ATM kind of machine. As iam not familiar with the process of Updating my Emirates ID on that machine. I asked her to help me. That lady was just simply time passing talking with the Other representative. I don't know why they're working there for? Just time passing for a job. I came as a customer they were talking to each other didn't even welcomed. I would complaint to the Etisalat Company Customer Care. They are not even bothered about the customer service. What a pitty. I will tell anyone who is seeing this post would be helpful. I wish the Manager takes this into his attention.
