My mum and I went to purchase an IPhone, and it was the first time we purchased through their self-service machines.

The overall experience in using the machines was good and quick. Abdul Rauf, a very kind gentleman working there was quick to respond if any help was required

But unfortunately I’m having to rate it 2 stars because of our interaction with the manager at the outlet.

Now I specifically had my mother come along with me because it was for her that we were purchasing this iPhone, and after we had paid and completed every process for our purchase, the manager walks up to us (in the waiting area where my mum and I were waiting to receive our device) and asks a specific question (which I feel is an insult to even mention here) in a very derogatory manner, while looking at me from top to bottom, giving an impression that he’s judging me by my clothes?? And walks away without a word when I replied

Never will I or my family ever step into that store because of how uncomfortable we were made to feel by this person.

I would definitely have rated it 1 star but it won’t do justice to the overall experience provided by Etisalat (of buying the product and assistance we received from Abdul Rauf)

I went to the store at City Centre Sharjah. I asked the lady about my account and inquire about my current freedom plan. The lady is not happy to assist me and she was not able to answer all of my questions.. The lady was in a hurry assisting other customer and after she answer my question she turned her back on me.. I was eager to speak to another representative by getting the number to her but she didn't give me any number. instead she told me the same thing about my plan.. I want only clarification to the other representative but this lady don't know how to handle and don't know how to show a good customer service. I was disappointed.

Very bad customer service
After taking the token, the staff is made to wait for a long time even if the staff is free.

I think is getting better, going to the shop and no one can help, the employee recommends via telephone to cancel your number, and you have to pay, even though your contract has ended.

There is no system in this branch! They will give you the number and you will wait for your turn when they remember you! Poor service

Obviously I’m talking about the new branch in sahara center . Conscience doesn’t even exit, they just wanna sell without proper or full clue regarding the product, tried to upgrade my internet package and one female there told me ye its bla bla and you can cancel if the new packge is slow still or even getting bavk to the previous package without any charges or anything and I believed her and indeed it happened the internet is just horrible so I went there to speak with her she said I didn’t say that. Call 101 called them and they wanna charge 1660 to cancel!! Told them since your lady lied at least bring someone to fix, they summoned someone and once he entered the house he wanted to do absolutely nothing but charging me 150 without spending effort to nip the problem from the bud. Totally scammed nd dealt with full of liers that they do care about sales only . Never trust them or take anything from them as granted unless they herby sign it so u can retrieve your rights again. Literally so regretful being with them . Am just trapped for 24 terrible months with those frauds

Just behind the fire station leading to the top of the hill there's steps to a garden it's beautiful people just walk around it. So calming + tranquil.
