I have been using Samsung products for the last 2 decades, but the service I get from Samsung Sharjah City Center by Joshua and Rubyna is extraordinary they are so great in convincing their products and give excellent service. Today we bought 2 Smart watch five along with Airpods and this was not going to be possible without the assist of Ruby who was definitely there to make our life easier. being very patient and supportive! and also thanks goes to Salah for keeping in touch with us for final purchase.

We went to buy mobile phone for my wife in sharjah city center. After rooming in different shops, finally we found a very good sales woman named Ruby in Samsung store. She was very kind and attentive of our needs and explained in detail of the phones that we want. We recommend Samsung shop and staff Ruby I. Sharjah city center.

Today I'm going to samsung sharjah city center I purchased samsung s23 ultra 512 gb I meet one sales person Mr Ali he give us very good deal and I m so happy to meet for this guy he is a very good sales person I recommend all people you meet for this guy he give you very good deal and I appreciate for this guy

If there is less than zero star I will give to Samsung no any support their warranty just a joke I bought a S21 fe it's just apiece of .... should go to trash and even when speake with their manager no any support just talking in a rude way
I am really disappointed that I purshased from this company
Avoid using this company product as there is no after sale support
Better to go for apple or huawei or any other brand will be better
