Booked my car before arrival and had to pay upon arrival. Upon arrival , i swiped my card , got charged and they boldly said money has reflected in their system .Even after showing the agent my bank app , he still refused to give me the car. And since i had signed the rental agreement, i couldn't get a refund either.
So my advise to anyone is, don't sign any rental agreement until they have charged your card and confirmed that the transaction has gone through. So if they claim it didn't go through , you can make a dispute

I have rented a vehicle from 30.12.2022-06.01.2023.
Stay away from the vendor.
The vehicle was in poor condition.
I was always very satisfied with Europcar.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed here.
I paid a deposit of 260€, which I never got back.
The vehicle was returned without any further damage and the gentleman said that the deposit would be immediately credited back to my bank account. onto my bank account.
That's probably the scam of this company when I read through the reviews.
For me, this is a clear case of scam.
I made expensive calls, but they were also unsuccessful.
I would be very happy if Europcar would get in touch with me and we could possibly sort this out.

Here you are cheated with the deposit that have subsequently retained deposit of about 170 €, although the car was delivered in proper condition. A protocol was kept. After a few days you keep the deposit. I will report this to the government UAE Emirates so that these people do not do this again. They have messed with the wrong people. A report to the police is also already made. Check 24 was also already informed!

Worst experience i had ever, stay away from this company for renting car, they didnt inspect the car before handing over, then during take over the car , they inspected each inc and tried to charge on me due to 1mm scratch on front window which was there earlier. Then they found another scratch to charge on me, luckily i could proof with a photo taken during take over the car from them. Unfortunately other scratch was not covered on the photos.
Moreover, No proper maintanence done for the cars, they handed over without engine oil changes, without wheel balancing, without carpet, cleaning.

Poor communication from supervisor at the counters, nonsecurity payment, you have to give your credit car directly to them during payment, no contactless payment, they are clearly seeing your card credentials. I am totaly regretful for such an experience with those amateurs

Very bad company. Their services are not like other Europcar companies. They said that there were 2 traffic tickets in the same place, 2 minutes apart. But they did not show the police report. They took extra money from my card. I will take them to court. They are taking withdrawals from your account without permission. Definitely not a reliable company. Bubble company.

Terrible service Definitely should close this branch as it does not represent Europcar Inter’l quality of services.
Lies after lies.
However, Europcar is to blame for such service. !

1- Very long processing time per customer
2- very long queue
3- staff doesn't calm customer
4- no one escorted me to the car which mad me wonder where to go
5- finally reach spot and no one made the car ready nor they are ready

All was good. The car gave almost new. Issued documents quickly. During the return of the car no questions asked. Many thanks to the staff.
