They didn’t verify that I had paid for my lounge and I had to walk around and ask for support for so long. Then after doing the work myself and speaking to rude support agents from the transfer desk, who told me it was a system error and I would have to pay again or email support for a refund, then they finally agreed after i printed an updated itinerary which was their job in the first place. Also the receptionist was sneezing and said she thought she was sick casually.

Newly renovated lounge, spacious compare to old lounge. Due to covid restrictions serving only packed foods. You can choose from the menu. Buffet is not available. They got dedicated area or kids.

This is good lounge.
As per sitting, sofas are there,
For eating table and chair are there.
Can see airport view.
They have nice salad counter. Fruits are also
There juices they have less options
Cold drinks tins are serving.
Highchair for sitting is good.
I think it's average good one.
Staff is nice.

+ Again a MasterCard program lounge. You can check if your MasterCard credit card is eligible for this lounge using the Lounge key app.
+ A large area and very unique and different seating arrangements.
+ Facing the runway on one side, you can take that seat and enjoy the view while having your food.
+ Internet via WiFi is not that great but ok for WhatsApp messages.

- Very limited options to eat and drink.
- Less number of seats available as compared to the amount of space covered by the lounge.
- The staff is not professional at all. They behave as if they are running a small shop.

Average facilities in this lounge. Drinks also limit 2 per person .
Could be batter.
Although sitting spaces are sufficient . Bathrooms are also clean . Extra space also for bathing which is added advantage . Separate room also for prayers.

Small cozy lounge

Bare ün mind this review is done during covid

The lounge is located at the end of the airport near gates 11 and above, next to works news cafe.

New (maybe renovated) good lighting and suicides into multiple sections. Well thought layout. Chair choices are very good, wise, comfortable and perfectly positioned (covid social distancing is observed)

First lounge i have seen that separate eating and sitting areas.

Less than adequate choices for food, but good enough for a very light snack.

Staff is nice, and does a callings when boarding is announced for flights.

Sharjah airport unfortunately is not located in a picturesque area so lounge views are average and getting a window area is of little added value
