Such a poor service. They don't tell you what's wrong with your application, why it's rejected even if you ask them what is the solution they would simply say we don't know.

Center is closed on Saturdays. Hours on google are not updated.

I've been told to visit IT here, but I've visited 3 separate times during working hours (which are working hours for me as well) only to find that the IT person "hasn't come in for work today" or "will come in a couple of hours"
I don't understand how there's only one IT person, and how since he's the only one, he seems to come whenever he pleases
